If you’ve found yourself transforming and renewing yourself lately, but you’re unsure what’s coming your way — this is a sign that your soul is preparing you for a huge blessing to enter your life. 🕊 trust , it is arriving in divine timing.
I love that the internet saw people comparing women and other alienated groups of people and went, âtheyâre dating,â and, âthey support each other.â Weâre improving as a society.
These improved my day

It is alright to be upset with the Anniversary Rewards but for the love of God, do not give genshin a 1-star review saying the game is shitty just because of the anniversary rewards. Yes, the rewards are shitty, I, myself hate the rewards but it doesn’t give you an excuse to rate them a 1-star review for no absolute reason at all. Genshin doesn’t deserve it when the plot, graphics and lore are literally so amazing. The workers of Mihoyo did so good and your rating the game a 1-star just because of the rewards? If you do that, you’re simply an idiot.
Even worse is that they’re also bringing tot and honkai to the situation. Leave them out of this situation.
And do not harass the voice actors for doing their job, when the Special Program happens. They are not in charge of the character’s kit nor the anniversary rewards. Quit Genshin if you want, no one’s stopping you.
Some people literally harassed Kokomi’s VA, when she did absolutely nothing. She was just simply doing their job. Their sole purpose is to voice the characters, not decide or pick the character’s kit so please do not come for them.
Iâve been thinking about Howlâs Moving Castle and how Sophieâs curse is a physical symbol of her self belief of being romantically unlovable (especially after growing up with beautiful, sought after women in her family.) How Howl tries to undo the curse the moment she steps into his castle but he *cant* because Sophie doesnât want it to be broken. How, in the film, Sophie gets so close to breaking the curse in the field, but hearing Howl call her beautiful went against her self views, so she reinforces her sense of self by turning 90 again.
And the way that her love and kindness make her younger again and again. How film Sophie sacrifices her long hair, perhaps what past Sophie would have seen as her only beauty, for Howl but sheâs grown so much that she still remains young, perhaps even confident about her grey hair, showing that Sophie no longer links her appearance to her lovability or worth and she learned to accept herself as she is. In this essay I-
This essay is a group project now and yâall are pulling your weight
I think this is a conversation that fandom needs to have in general.
When you encounter something that makes you uncomfortable while youâre playing a video game, reading something on AO3, browsing Twitter, or scrolling through Tumblr, you have the power to remove yourself. You can stop reading, you can hit the back button, you can block/mute, you can turn the device off entirely.
âConsentâ has a very specific meaning. When youâre consuming a piece of media that a creator has posted on their own personal account, you are in their space. That is a one-sided interaction. Theyâre not at all involved, they canât reach through the screen to hit the back button for you. Theyâre not âviolating your consentâ or âpushing your boundariesâ, because you are the one in control.
We need to stop acting like creators are 100% responsible for the mental well-being of every person who could possibly encounter their work, and instead start taking responsibility for our own online experiences.
I kind of wish that the idea that you can just be was a little more mainstream.
Like, having drive and ambition is great. But it gets drilled in kids’ heads that there is some pressure to constantly be looking for the next move up, to be bigger than life. It wears you down to never be satisfied.
Not everyone is destined for greatness. It just doesn’t suit some people.
There’s nothing wrong with having a quiet life, making enough to get by, having a small apartment where you’re comfortable, and just living. You don’t have to constantly be looking to go onward and upwards. Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is to just be.
Being part of the social justice culture or the âstay wokeâ culture, I usually thought that the main purposes were to:
1) Unlearn what was taught to you
2) Learn what was never taught to you
3) Educate those around you with the knowledge you have
But you seeâŚ
You will come across people that will ask questions that may sound problematic but they just genuinely are confused about the matter and just want to learn
I had a white girl, sweet as hell, that was curious about why White people canât say the N-word but Black people can say it.
Now⌠If this was Black Tumblr/Twitter, y'all wouldve ate her alive and spit her out. Like, why would you ask a question like that????
I didnt take any offense to the question, because again, you have to educate.
I broke it down simplyâŚ
âBitch was a term used by men against women⌠If you call your female friend âmy bitchâ, theres nothing wrong with that⌠but if a guy did the same thing to his female friend, that wouldnt not look too goodâŚâ
Then she understood! She doesnt like when men call her or other women bitches but she noticed how women call each other bitches (almost) all the time in a friendly context.
Some SJW ppl would resort to just straight ridicule. Like relentlessly roast you, and you just wanted to ask a question, get your answer, and just go.
I understand some people would come outta nowhere with smartass comments and deserve that roasting, im 120% for that, but yall really need to learn the difference between those 2 groups of people.
I remember saying/doing something problematic not too long ago. This guy just went off on me, called me stupid, and vaguely explained why what I did was problematic. When I asked for a more in-depth answer as to why it was an issue, he didnt want to explain, he didnt have the âenergyâ to explain but had plenty of energy to say what i did was wrong and i was stupid to do it.
To this day, I STILL dont know exactly what was wrong but I am avoiding that action for sure.
To cut it shortly for yall,
Some people genuinely dont know what they do/say was wrong. Some ask questions to learn and educate themselves. RelaxâŚ
Ridicule or slander shouldnt be a first option to everything, if anything, its more counterproductive. Not to mention yall do this for notes and attention on social media.
